SCHEDULE

Below is the loose schedule for the week –  things may change or shift around but the last thing a yoga retreat schedule should be is rigid.

Morning yoga / meditation classes will start at approximately 8.00am, followed by a morning smoothie and brunch at 10.30. After breakfast there is typically free time for you to go and explore the island. We will be visiting a number of beaches throughout the week so if people fancy coming along then perfect but we’ll be playing this by ear. On some afternoons / evenings there are activities including a trip up to see the hippies drumming on Benirras beach (Sunday), hatha yoga, chi gong and hiking. Evening yoga sessions will start anywhere from 4.30-6pm depending on the day and we’ll be sitting down to eat most nights for 7pm (very early for Ibiza)
